The Community Services Division consists of a Lieutenant, Sergeant, and two Police Officers. These officers are responsible for creating and sustaining community partnerships, organizing community events, speaking at neighborhood meetings and special events, and much more. Community Services officers may also assist patrol officers responding to calls for service and assist with vice/narcotics investigations.

The Community Services Division leads a number of programs and initiatives in the Town of Carrboro. Officers participate in the Watch For Me NC campaign, which includes pedestrian and bicycle safety operations in numerous locations around Town.
